Development Monitoring
We advise clients such as Pension Funds, Banks and Investors in Development Monitoring of new-build and refurbishment projects, in areas such as Residential, Retail, Warehouse and Office projects throughout the UK. We review the adequacy of the design, the quality of the work and ensure that all necessary consents, approvals and other documentation are in place prior to completion. Our experience within this field enables us to advise in an independent capacity and minimise exposure to risks on projects, providing protection to lenders and funds.
Keeping our clients fully informed of potential risks or delays is critical to checking that time parameters are being met and that the overall project is reaching each stage of completion on schedule. In addition, we review project information in detail, advising on whether it is appropriate to make payments or escalate queries or issues to prevent financial losses or project delays.
